The application of key Monitor Audio acoustic technologies more usually found in premium standalone loudspeakers ensures lifelike, pristine sound, while innovative features and a comprehensive, clearly defined range make for hassle-free installation.

All Creator Series Tier 2 speakers are a 2-way configuration, with RST II mid-bass drivers, based on those found in the award-winning Silver 7G range, and C-CAM tweeters with Uniform Dispersion (UD) Waveguide II.

C2M-T2X, C2L-T2X

As part of the enhanced flexibility of the Tier 2 in-ceiling models, the new T2X combines the previous generation’s ‘T2’ and ‘FX’ to bring all the qualities of each into one highly versatile speaker.

The In-Ceiling T2X is available in medium and large sizes and can be used in 'Cinema mono FX', 'Mono wide dispersion' and 'Single stereo' modes. T2X is ideal used as rear surround channels, Dolby Atmos systems, within corridors or large areas where maximum coverage is required, and in compact areas where there isn't space to fit two speakers.

RST II mid-bass drivers

The Rigid Surface Technology II cone was developed and perfected using sophisticated computer modelling (Finite Element Analysis). The strengthening effect of RST allows the use of thinner, lighter and more responsive C-CAM cones, providing speed and accuracy with reduced distortion.

C-CAM Gold Dome Tweeter

The Gold Dome tweeter is formed from a Ceramic-Coated Aluminium Magnesium alloy, Gold anodised to a specific thickness for ideal stiffness and damping characteristics.

Thinner, lighter, more rigid and more efficient than domes made from other materials which are prone to distortion in the audio band.

Tri-Grip II

Tri-Grip Il is a new dog-leg mechanism that is considerably stronger and more reliable than the previous generation, meaning both speaker placement and extraction could not be simpler.

Quik-Link

Our new innovative Quik-Link terminal revolutionises speed of installation. With Quik-Link you can make cable connections up the ladder at pre- installation stage. Once the installation is complete, the terminal, which is now connected with the speaker cables, magnetically snaps and locks into place on the rear of the speaker as you place the speaker into ceiling or wall. It's that easy.
